针灸治疗非小细胞肺癌的国内外研究进展

Progress of Domestic and Foreign Research on Treatment of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

从改善生存质量、减少化疗后毒副作用、提高免疫功能、延长生存期、作用机制研究等方面,对近5年针灸治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的国内外文献进行综述。发现针灸能改善NSCLC患者的生存质量,延长生存期,提高免疫功能,但其机制研究尚不透彻。针灸能有效防治NSCLC,但研究中还存在问题有待于进一步研究解决。

Review the domestic and foreign literatures about treatment of NSCLC by acupuncture and moxibus- tion in recent 5 years from improving the quality of life, reducing the side effects after chemotherapy, improving the immune function, prolonging the survival time and mechanism research. Acupuncture and moxibustion could improve the quality of life in patients with NSCLC, prolong the survival time and improve the immune function, but the mechanism was not thorough and it lacked the mechanism research. Acupuncture and moxibustion have a certain effect on NSCLC, but there are some problems in the thesis, which are expected to be solved in the fur-ther study.
