摘要
上海市装配式建筑经历了探索、推进、推广三个阶段,截止到2015年装配式项目数量成倍增长,进入了普及阶段。从顶层设计、支撑体系及产业链三大方面深入推进,在推进的过程中发现问题,并从加大推进力度、拓展外延及内涵、完善技术标准体系、打造协同发展新模式、推动与信息化融合以及提高监管水平六个方面出发,提出下一步工作计划。
Shanghai prefabricated construction has experienced exploration,advance and popularize three stages,quantity of prefabricated project increased several times over by 2015,and has entered the phase of popularization. Further advanced carried out from the three aspects the top design,the supporting system and industry chain,also in the process of advancing found the problems and put forward the next step work plan from six aspects of intensifying propulsion,expanding the denotation and connotation,completing the technical standard system,building a new mode of synergetic development,driving information fusion and improving the level of supervision.
