摘要
采用固定床气相管式反应器研究了糠醛气相脱羰催化剂的制备条件 ,通过对载体、催化剂含量、pH、焙烧温度、还原温度及添加助剂的研究考察 ,找出了糠醛气相脱羰催化剂的最佳制备工艺参数 ,即载体为氧化铝、活性组分钯质量分数 0 3%、pH >9、焙烧温度 5 0 0℃、还原温度 30 0℃、助催化剂为Ni。通过扫描电镜观察催化剂的表面形貌 ,考察了不同焙烧温度对活性组分分散程度的影响。助催化剂Ni的添加提高了催化剂的选择性。
The preparation conditions of catalysts for the decarbonylation of furfural were studied with a fixed bed tube reactor,by investigating the supports,concentration,impregnation time,pH,calcination temperature, reduction temperature,and additive(Ni).The optimum preparation conditions of catalysts for the gas-phase decarbonylation of furfural were determined as follows:supports,aluminum oxides;concentration,0.3%; impregnation time,2 h;pH>9;calcination temperature,500 ℃;reduction temperature,300 ℃;and additive:Ni.SEM pictures of catalyst show that excessively high calcination temperatures result in surface enrichment and crystal growth of palladium leading to lowering of catalyst activity.The selectivity of catalysts is improved by addition of Ni.
