诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统治疗异常子宫出血的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统(下称诺舒系统)治疗异常子宫出血的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法收集2011年6月至2014年10月采用诺舒系统治疗的130例患者的临床资料,患者术后经过1、3、6、12、24个月门诊随访,观察其疗效及并发症情况。结果130例患者中14.6%(19/130)为合并内科疾病引起的月经过多,其中65例完成24个月随访,95例完成12个月随访,110例完成1~6个月随访。手术过程均顺利,平均手术时间(包括麻醉时间)为(15.00±4.60)min,平均射频工作时间为(80.57±4.38)s,患者术中出血〈5ml。术后患者平均住院时间为(40.00±7.20)h。术后1、3、6、12、24个月门诊随访提示,患者整体有效率为100.0%(130/130);闭经率分别为65.4%(85/130)、72.1%(88/122)、73.6%(81/110)、73.7%(70/95)、80.0%(52/65);整体治疗满意度为100.0%。患者术中及术后均无明显并发症。结诊诺舒系统治疗异常子宫出血安令有效.具有临床推广意义。 Objective To assess the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of Novasure impedance controlled endometrial ablation system in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods Clinical data of 130 women with abnormal uterine bleeding treated with Novasure system from June 2011 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical efficacy and complications were followed up at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after treatment. Results The procedures were completed successfully in 125 patients. The work time of the radio frequency was (80.57 ±4.38)s. The average time of the operation including anesthesia was (15.00 ±4.60) min. The blood lost was less than 5ml during the operation. The average hospitalization time after operation was (40.00 ±7.20)h. All the patients were followed-up for 24 months with an effective rate of 100.0% (130/130). The rate of amenorrhea was 65.4%(85/130), 72.1%(88/122), 73.6%(81/110), 73.7%(70/95), 80.0%(52/65) at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after treatment, respectively. The total degrees of satisfaction were 100.0%. No severe perioperative or postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Novasure impedance controlled endometrial ablation system is safe and effective in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
