摘要
用一种比较简便、快捷的化学分析法对组分较为复杂的Fe-Cu体系低碳醇合成催化剂中的铁比进行了分析 ,即用磷酸保护Fe(Ⅲ )离子 ,用碳酸钠保护Fe(Ⅱ )离子。结果表明 ,该法可有效地排除其它组分的干扰 ,分析结果重复性好 ,相对标准偏差RSD不高于 0 0 5 0 %。此外 ,将Fe -Cu体系催化剂的铁比与其催化性能关联后发现 ,铁比控制在 1 0 0~ 2 0 0内 ,催化剂显示出较好的生成醇活性和较高的C+2 醇选择性。
The ferrous iron-ferric iron ratio of a series of complex Fe-Cu catalysts for higher alcohol synthesis was measured successfully by a simple and convenient chemical method,with Fe(Ⅲ)ion and Fe(Ⅱ) ion being protected by phosphoric acid and sodium carbonate respectively.The results show that disturbance from other components can be avoided,with RSD below 0.050%.The catalysts perform with better activity and higher selectivity for C + 2OH when the iron ratio is controlled within the range of 1.00 to 2.00.
