摘要
应用有限元法的数值仿真手段,模拟包括地震在内的各种载荷作用,通过等效静力法对核一级截止阀进行应力分析,然后根据ASME规范对各主要部件进行应力评定和强度校核,确定了阀门各部件结构在极限安全地震条件下满足强度要求,能够保证压力边界的完整性。
Application numerical simulation method of finite element method (fem), simulations of va- rious load, including earthquake, through the method of equivalent static, stress analysis was carried out on the nuclear level cut - off valve, and then according to ASME specifications for the main parts for e- valuation and stress intensity, determine the structure of the valve parts under the condition of limit earthquake safety meet the strength requirement, can guarantee the integrity of the pressure boundary.
