摘要 准分子激光角膜表层屈光手术经历了30余年的发展,从最初的准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK),到逐渐出现的乙醇法准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)、机械法准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(Epi-LASIK)及近年来兴起的经角膜上皮的激光角膜切削术(Trans PRK),表层切削手术不断发展,其安全性、有效性也越来越得到人们的认可,成为一种不可或缺的屈光手术方式。本文将就角膜表层屈光手术的发展过程、基本原理、各术式的优缺点等方面做一综述,希望对屈光手术的进一步改善提供帮助。 Excimer laser corneal surface refractive surgery has evolved for more than thirty years. From photorefractive keratectomy in the initial(PRK) to laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) and Epipolis laser in situkeratomileusis(Epi-LASIK), and to the increasingly popular transepithelial PRK(Trans PRK) in recent years,the surface refractive surgery has developed constantly. Its safty,effectiveness has received more and more people's recognition and become an indispensable way of refractive surgery. This article summarized the development, basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of each surface refractive surgery and attempted to provide helps to the further development of it.
