乳腺癌患者血脂水平与淋巴结转移的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过测定乳腺癌患者的多项血脂指标,包括甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL—C),LDL—c/HDL-C比值和血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC),探讨不同乳腺癌患者血脂水平与乳腺癌淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法收集207例经病理确诊的乳腺癌患者清晨空腹多项血脂数据及临床病理资料,定量数据采用t检验,定性数据采用x2检验,分析患者的各项血脂数据与淋巴结转移间的关系。结果淋巴结高转移患者的TG水平(P=0.03)及LDL/HDL比值(P=0.03)均高于淋巴结低转移组;而两组患者的TC、LDL-C及HDL—C水平差异没有统计学意义。两组患者在年龄、月经状态、BMI指数、免疫组化分型等临床病理特征方面的差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论乳腺癌淋巴结转移多患者的LDL—C/HDL-C比值和TG水平较淋巴结转移少的患者高。LDL—C/HDL-C比值和TG可能是检测乳腺癌转移的较为敏感的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate whether the presence of lymph node metastases is associated with serum triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), LDL-C/HDL-C ratio and total cholesterol (TC). Methods Serum lipid profile and various clinical pathological data of 207 breast cancer patients with and without lymph node metastases were collected and analyzed to investigate the association of serum lipid profile with lymph node metastases. Statistical analyses were performed using the t test and Pearson's Chi-Square test. Results Lymph node metastases rate was significantly higher in breast cancer patients with an higher level of serum TG (P=0.03) and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio (P=-0.03). No significant difference was found in serum TC, LDL-C or HDL-C levels. The two groups had no difference in age, menopausal status, BMI index, IHC type and other clinical pathological fea^res (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Increased TG and LDL-C/ HDL-C ratio is significantly associated with lymph node metastases in breast cancer patients. Monitoring TG and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio may be helpful to predict the occurrence of lymph node metastases in breast cancer patients.
