摘要
通过聚乙二醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯及丙烯酸羟乙酯在甲苯溶剂中进行溶液聚合 ,合成出一种两端含有双键的亲水性光固化树脂 ,然后将该光固化树脂与海藻酸钠水溶液以及光引发剂混合 ,滴加到CaCl2 水溶液中形成粒状凝胶 ,最后在紫外光的照射下 ,交联固化 ,得到具有较高凝胶强度的保水材料。考察了预聚物、二苯甲酮、三乙胺、海藻酸钠和水的用量以及光照时间对保水剂吸水率的影响 ,得到最佳的配比和光照条件。
A new kind of superabsorbent for water having higher compression strength was synthesized.A prepolymer,a hydrophilic photocuring resin,was first obtained from polyethylene glycol,toluene diisocyanate and hydroxyl acrylate by solution polymerisation in toluene,which contains active double bonds on both ends of the carbon chain.Then,the granular gel was formed by mixing the resin with sodium alginate solution and photoinitiator in CaCl 2 solution.The superabsorbent was finally obtained by ultraviolet light irradiation.Effects of the amount used of the prepolymer,diphenyl ketone,triethylamine,sodium alginate,and deionized water,and exposure time on the water-absorptivity of superabsorbent were investigated to obtain the best compounding and irradiation conditions of ultraviolet light.
