收尘白云岩石粉做为混凝土矿物掺合料的试验研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对白云岩生产骨料后的废料-石粉进行了混凝土工作性、力学、耐久性方面的试验研究,综合试验结果证明:白云岩石粉做为混凝土矿物掺合料,50%替代粉煤灰(或掺量不超过总胶凝材料的15%)对混凝土各方面的性能无不良影响,且对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能有利,既可提高骨料的资源综合利用,保护环境,又可缓解当前掺合料的供应紧缺局面,且降低了混凝土的生产成本。将研究成果应用于本公司的工程中,所有技术指标合格,完全达到了设计要求,与试验结果一致。 In this paper, aiming at the waste material-rock flour produced after the dolomite production of aggregate, the experimental researches of concrete's workability,mechanics and durability were carried through. It was proven by combining the experimental results that: There is not any adverse effect on each performance of concrete by using the dolomite powder as the concrete mineral admixture,and using 50% of dolomite powder to replace the coal ash(or the mixing amount is not over 15% of total gelled materials).Furthermore,it is benefit for the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete. It can not only improve the comprehensive utilization of aggregate resource and protect the environment,but also can relieve the tight supply situation of current admixtures and lower down the production cost of concrete.After the research results were applied in the engineering of our company,all the technical indexes were qualified and the design requirements were fully reached,which was in conformity with the test results.
