摘要 赞谷项目的道路建设,采用柔性道路基层方案设计,采用石灰岩作为市政道路柔性基层的施工材料,进行了样板路施工,经过一些列试验,证明该材料应用于大市政支路及小市政社区道路的路面结构层,质量满足设计要求和道路质量验收规范。样板路的成功证明了该材料用于柔性道路基层的方案是可行的,可以向整个项目推广。该材料用于工程道路施工,节省运力,易于施工。通过近两年的工程实践证明,该材料用于市政道路结构层,具有减少裂纹发生、板结性好、施工方便、利于成品保护等优点。石灰岩材料用于柔性道路基层的成功,证明了在安哥拉采用柔性道路基层的方案是可行的,这就为在安哥拉的道路建设,提供了一个新的方案,为中国标准在非洲的应用,提供了理论和实践的支持。同时,道路建设采用石灰岩作为道路基层材料,总结出了石灰岩材料用于柔性基层的各种施工工艺和技术参数,为这种材料在工程中的推广提供了技术支持。采用石灰岩作为道路基层材料,符合"就近选材"的道路材料选用原则,减少了长途运输,能够加快工程进度和降低运输成本。 The scheme of the flexible roadway base is adopted,and limestone is applied as the flexible roadway base construction material in ZANGO RED Project Sample roads with the above mentioned material are constructed After a series testing,it is verified that the application of this particular material for branch roads and roads of municipal road,satisfies the technical specification of design and road quality acceptance The success of the sample road has confirmed it is feasible for scheme of application of Limestone as flexible road base,and the scheme can be carried out in the construction of the Project And also,application of this particular material in the Project will be easy for transportation,and easy for site construction After nearly 2 years site construction,it can be concluded that the application of this particular material as flexible roadway base has the property of anti-cracking,slab-like hardening,simplified constructability,and easily maintained upon project completion The success of the application of this particular material as flexible roadway demonstrates that the scheme of flexible roadway base is feasible for road construction in the Angola,and it provides a new solution for the road construction in the Angola,and provides support of theories and practice for the application of Chinese Code in Angola With the application of Limestone as flexible roadway base,some technical specification with the application of Limestone as flexible roadway base are surmised,such as,the site construction technical process and several parameters of the material,provides technical support for the late material application Application of Limestone as flexible roadway base satisfies the road material selection principle of "Nearest material selection",which is easy transportation and logistics,and it also has the advantage of facilitating construction progress and reducing transportation cost.
