有核黄皮与无核黄皮的GC-MS成分分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶剂萃取和同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)方法对有核黄皮和无核黄皮进行萃取处理,萃取液经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析对比,得出有核黄皮和无核黄皮的主要成分为β-侧柏烯、甲位蒎烯、月桂烯、水芹烯、1-松油烯醇、松油烯-4-醇、甜橙醛,其中β-侧柏烯相对质量分数(峰面积相对百分比)最高(无核黄皮中可达65.182%),有核黄皮中甜橙醛相对质量分数(5.97%)是无核黄皮(2.31%)的两倍以上。 The volatile components in Clausena lansium and seedless wampee were concentrated by solvent extraction and SDE( simultaneous distillation extraction) techniques. The analytical results of the samples obtained from above two methods by GC-MS indicated that the main components were β-thujene,α-pinene,myrcene,phellandrene,1-terpinenol,terpinen-4-ol and sinensal,among them the relative content of β-thujene was the highest( 65. 182%) with area normalization method,the relative content of important aroma component sinensal in Clausena lansium was 5. 97%,which was more than double of that in seedless wampee( 2. 31%).
