摘要
为提升对化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的检测能力,增强实验室竞争能力,本实验室参加CNAS T0710化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌检出能力验证。按照能力验证作业指导书和《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)的要求进行增菌,采用16Sr DNA全序列分析、全自动微生物生化鉴定系统(VITEK2)和全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定系统(Ribo Printer)对分离出的疑似菌进行鉴定。结果显示,样品HZP167-1检出金黄色葡萄球菌,HZP167-2检出铜绿假单胞菌,HZP167-3检出金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌,HZP167-4检出表皮葡萄球菌,HZP167-5未检出。5个样品测试均取得满意的结果。
To strengthen the detection capability of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa in cosmetic and improve the competition ability of laboratory,the proficiency testing on S. aureus and P. aeruginosa detection in cosmetic under CNAS T0710 was conducted in our laboratory. The enrichment of samples was carried out in accordance with the working instruction of proficiency testing and Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics( 2007 version). The isolated bacteria of 5 samples were identified by full 16 Sr DNA sequence analysis,automatic microbial and biochemical identification system( VITEK2) and automatic microbial genetic fingerprint identification system( Ribo Printer). The results showed that S. aureus was detected in HZP167-1,P. aeruginosa was detected in HZP167-2,S. aureus and P. aeruginosa were detected in HZP167-3,S. epidermidis was detected in HZP167-4,S. aureus and P. aeruginosa were not detected in HZP167-5. The test results of 5 samples were satisfied.
