叠鞘石斛HPLC特征图谱的研究

Study on the HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium aurantiacum var.denneanum

目的建立叠鞘石斛HPLC特征指纹图谱。方法采用色谱柱ZORBAX SB-Aq;以乙腈-0.2%（体积分数）H3PO4为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为270 nm。结果 10批叠鞘石斛共标识出12个共有峰,确定11号峰为石斛酚;10批样品的相似度为0.846~0.986。结论本方法准确可靠、稳定性好,可为叠鞘石斛的质量控制提供有效依据。

Objective To establish the HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium aurantiacum var.denneanum. Methods It was performed on ZORBAX SB-Aq column at 25 ℃ with a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results 12 common characteristic peaks were identified in D. aurantiacum var. denneanum and the similarities of 10 batches were 0. 846- 0. 986. Peak 11 was identified as dendrophenol. Conclusion The method was reliable,accurate and stable. It could provide reference for the quality control of D. aurantiacum var.denneanum.
