复方芪麻胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠血压及血清NO、ET、AngⅡ的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨复方芪麻胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠血压及其对血清血管内皮因子一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的影响。方法取WKY大鼠10只作为正常组,将60只自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分为SHR组、卡托普利组、牛黄降压胶囊组、复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量组,连续灌胃给药4周,采用全自动大小鼠无创血压测量系统测量各大鼠血压,ELISA法测定血清中NO、ET和AngⅡ含量。结果给药4周后,与SHR组比较,复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量组大鼠收缩压、舒张压均明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清ET、AngⅡ含量显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);复方芪麻胶囊高、中剂量组大鼠血清NO含量明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论复方芪麻胶囊具有降低原发性高血压舒张压和收缩压的作用,其作用机制与升高NO、降低ET、AngⅡ含量有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of Qima formula capsule on anti-hypertension and serum NO,ET and AngⅡ in spontaneously hypertensive rats( SHR). Methods 10 WKY rats were taken as the normal group. 60 SHRs were randomly divided into six groups,including the SHR group,the captopril group,the niuhuang jiangya capsules group,and three different dosages of Qima formula capsule groups. Results Compared to the SHR group,the systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum levels of ET and AngⅡwere significantly decreased in three different dosages of Qima formula capsule groups after 4 week treatment( P〈0.01 or P〈0.01). However,serum NO levels were increased in the high and middle dosages of Qima formula capsule groups. Conclusion Qima formula capsule may decrease the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in essential hypertension,by which mechanism is related to regulation of NO,ET and Ang II levels.
