Progress on metabolomics studies of the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome

代谢组学方法能够从整体上反应肾阳虚证机体代谢物谱的变化规律。本文根据国内外文献报道,总结代谢组学在肾阳虚证代谢产物与代谢通路研究的现状,表明肾阳虚证可能存在机体某种特定代谢轮廓的变化。

The metabolomics can overall reflect the changing rules of metabolite spectrum of the kidneyyang deficiency syndrome. This paper reviews recent studies on metabolites and metabolic pathways of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,and implies that it could be a specific change in the metabolic profile in the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
