摘要
随着电子设备热流密度的急剧增大,热仿真软件在热设计中的应用日益广泛。文中通过某紧凑型大功耗天线罩内设备在严酷环境条件下使用时的热设计计算,阐述了热设计的一些基本设计思路以及常规设计方案,同时详细介绍了仿真软件Icepak在整个设计过程中的应用状况,凸显了仿真软件在热设计中的重要性。
With the rapid increase of thermal flux of electronic equipment,thermal simulation software is used in thermal design more and more widely. This article elaborates basic design ideas and general schemes of thermal design through the thermal design calculations of the large power equipment in a compact radome operating in harsh environment condition. The application of Icepak throughout the design process is discussed in detail,and the importance of simulation software in thermal design is highlighted.
