摘要
文中采用试验测试结合有限元仿真分析的方法,针对某小飞机机身与机翼关键接头,研究了加强筋铆钉连接的接触面与关键接头附近应力分布的关系,并进一步分析了高强度胶处理接触面对应力分布的影响作用。研究表明:当铆钉连接的两接触面接触不紧密时,接头传力性能较差,接头处易出现较大的应力集中,从而影响其结构力学性能;高强度胶粘接接触面可以大幅提高铆钉连接的传力性能,使接头附近应力集中大幅减小,从而改善其结构力学性能。
In this paper the effect of rivet interface on the mechanics performance of the airplane key joint structure is researched by both the finite element method and the experiment. The relationship between the rivet interface and the stress distribution of the tie-in structure and the effect of the high strength adhesive on the stress distribution are studied. The results show that when the contact of the two interfaces connected with the rivet is poor,large stress concentration appears near the key joint. And the stress concentration will make the mechanics performance of the structure worse. The mechanics performance of the rivet connection can be greatly improved with the high strength adhesive joint interface for the stress level near the joint is greatly reduced.
