摘要
在钢坯感应加热中,需要一种专用测温仪既可以实现对钢坯的温度精确测量又可以实现对所测钢坯的位置进行判断。基于钢铁厂感应加热系统实际需求而设计,分析加热自动控制系统,应用光电技术相结合开发有定位功能的专用测温仪。光学调制办法实现钢坯有无检测,电路上重点设计微弱信号处理和工业级产品要求,可与工业PLC的端口直连匹配。实践表明,有定位功能的专用测温仪在系统中的运行可靠有效,加热均匀,有利于后序工艺环节,提升产品品质,在钢材生产型企业中发挥特殊用处。
During the billet heating it needs to solve the problem of temperature control accuracy,and the problem of positioning of temperature control of local area.This paper presents temperature measuring instrument which is designed according to actual demand of steel mills,analyzes the heating automatic control system,and applies positioning function based on photoelectric technology.Optical modulation can detect the presence of steel.Circuit design emphasizes on weak signal processing.This instrument meets industrial product requirements,and can be directly connected with industrial PLC port.
