摘要
采用De ST软件对食品烘干机能耗分析并发现存在高能耗的问题,对其进行节能改进。通过干燥室空调机组添加转轮式热回收装置回收排风,冷却室冬季利用部分回风和过渡季直接引入新风,解决食品烘干机的高能耗。依据传热法建立转轮式热回收装置数学模型,并利用PLC控制变量提高全热回收效率。通过De ST软件分析节能改进前后的能耗,结果表明:改进后干燥室空调机组在冬季、夏季、过渡季的能耗分别减少21.42%、4.81%、18.79%,冷却室空调机组在冬季和过渡季能耗减少13.29%、17.26%。结果证明,食品烘干机的能耗在改进后明显减少,节能改进是有效的。
Using the De ST analyzed energy of food dryer and found the problems of high energy consumption,so improved it for saving energy.The drying room added a group AHU(Air Handling Unit) of containing enthalpy recovery wheel,recycled return air,the cooling room used a part of the return air in winter and directly used the new air in transition seasons,so resolved the high energy consumption of food dryer.Based on the heat transfer method,the mathematical model of enthalpy recovery wheel unit is built and controlled variables for increasing total heat recovery efficiency by PLC.By the De ST analyzed energy consumption of food dryer is reduce.
