摘要 通过对吉林化学工业股份有限公司炼油厂气体分馏装置的优化模拟和分析计算 ,找出了原有生产工艺存在的问题 ,提出了优化扩产及节能改造的最佳方案并在装置上实施成功。优化设计的脱丙烷塔及采用自行研制的高效填料 ,具有生产能力大、分离效率高、压力降小、操作弹性大、回流比小、能耗低等优点。改造后的装置能耗由改造前的2 884MJ/t下降到 2 173 6MJ/t,处理能力由 12 0kt/a提高到 15 0kt/a。 Through optimized simulation and analytic calculation to the gas fractionation equipment of the oil refinery of JCIC,the problems existing in the original production technology were found,and the best transform scheme was put forward to optimize the technology,expand production and save energy.This scheme was implemented successfully on the production plant.After transformation,the energy consumption descends from 2884 MJ/t to 2173.6 MJ/t,and production capacity increases from 120 000 tons per year to 150 000 tons.Newly increased benefit from saving energy and expanding production capacity is 24.320 million yuan per year.A sum of 5.8 million yuan was invested,and the investment recovery period was less than 3 months.The depropane tower and the self-developed high efficiency packing have many merits such as high production capacity,high separation efficiency,low pressure drop,high operation elasticity,low recycle ratio and low energy consumption.
