丹黄消炎液治疗糖尿病足溃疡30例疗效观察

Efficacy of Danhuang Anti-inflammatory Juice in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers: an analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察丹黄消炎液对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合及抗菌性的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足溃疡患者采用随机、单盲、阳性对照临床观察设计方案分为两组各30例,治疗组采用丹黄消炎液治疗,对照组采用复方黄柏液治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为76.67%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抗菌性组间比较,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹黄消炎液能有效促进伤口缩小,使创面趋向愈合,可有效改善创面感染情况,其疗效与复方黄柏液相当。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhuang Anti- inflammatory Juice in the wound healing process of diabetic foot ulcers and its antibacterial property. Methods： With a randomized,single- blind,positive control clinical trial,60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Danhuang Anti- inflammatory Juice,and those in the control group were treated with Fufang Huangbai Liquid. Results： The overall response rate was 90. 00% in the treatment group and 76. 67% in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; the antibacterial property showed no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhuang Anti- inflammatory Juice can effectively promote the wound healing process and relieve wound infection,and its therapeutic effect is comparable to that of Fufang Huangbai Liquid.
