生脉注射液辅助治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭31例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Shengmai Injection as adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure: an analysis of 31 cases

目的:观察生脉注射液联合常规西药治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将62例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组给予休息、吸氧等西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用生脉注射液治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者的临床症状、体征、心功能分级、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平、血流动力学指标变化,并进行比较。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.10%,对照组为54.84%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NT-pro BNP水平、血流动力学指标改善组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合常规西药治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Injection combined with conventional Western medicine treatment in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods： A total of 62 elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 31 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatmen inhalation,and those in the treatment group were given Shengmai Injection in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment. The changes in clinical symptoms,signs,cardiac functional grading,the level of N- terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（ NT- proB NP）,and hemodynamic indices after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results： The overall response rate showed a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（ 87. 10% vs 54. 84%,P 0. 05）. The changes in the level of NT- proB NP and hemodynamic indices showed significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Shengmai Injection combined with conventional Western medicine treatment has good clinical efficacy in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
