摘要
目的:探讨糖痹颗粒对DPN患者hs-CRP、ET-1和血液流变学的影响。方法:将60例符合纳入条件的DPN气阴两虚,痰瘀阻络证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组:予以基础降糖,甲钴胺干预;观察组:在对照组的基础上加服糖痹颗粒,疗程均为1个月。比较分析两组治疗前后FPG、2hPG、Hb A1c、hs-CRP、ET-1及血液流变学的变化。结果:(1)观察组、对照组的hs-CRP在治疗后均明显降低(P<0.01),两组治疗后比较观察组降低更明显(P<0.01)。(2)观察组的ET-1在治疗后有明显降低(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后ET-1比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组间治疗后比较,观察组的ET-1降低更明显(P<0.01)。(3)观察组治疗后Hηb、Lηb、RAI、FIB较治疗前下降明显(P<0.01);对照组各指标在治疗后略有降低,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组间治疗后比较,Hηb、Lηb、RAI、FIB均明显降低有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:糖痹颗粒干预气阴两虚兼痰瘀阻络证DPN血管障碍,其作用的机制可能与调节血管活性因子,降低血管炎性反应,改善血液流变性等,以改善血管内皮功能,减轻血管损伤,改善微循环有关。
Objective: Discuss the influence of Tang bi Granule on hs - CRP,ET - 1 and hemorrheologic mechanism of diabetic perineu- ropathy patients. Method: Divide 60 diabetic perineuropathy patients into control and observation group, 30 cases in each. Control group: curing with basic Hypoglycemic, using mecobalamin. Treatment group: curing with Tang - bi granule on the base of control group, the course of treatment is one month. Compare the FPG, 2hpg, hbalc, hs- CRP, ET- 1 and hemorrheologic of post- treat- ment with the ones of pre- treatment. Result: (1) The hs- CRP of both groups decreased obviously after treatment(P 〈 0.01 ) and the treatment group had a lower lever than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). (2)The ET - 1 of the treatment group decreased obviously af- ter treatment(P 〈 0.01 ). But the ET - 1 of the control group had no statistics significance comparing to pre - treatment( P 〉 0.05 ). The treatment group had a lower lever than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). ( 3 ) The H^lb, L^ib, RAI and FIB of the treatment group de- creased obviously after treatment(P 〈0.01 ). And the index of the control group decreased slightly without statistics significance( P 〉 0. 05 ). And the treatment group had a lower lever than the control group( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: Tang bi granule curing qiyinliangxu and tanyuzuluo diabetic perineuropathy angiopathy, the mechanism of action may have relationships with cerebrovasoreactivity, vasculitis, hemorrheologic, vascular endothelium function, vascular injury and mierocirculation.
