摘要
目的:建立UPLC-MS/MS方法检查中药制剂中非法添加抗病毒化学成分阿昔洛韦、金刚烷胺及利巴韦林。方法:色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C_(18)(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm),梯度洗脱:流动相A为10mmol/L的乙酸铵溶液,流动相B为甲醇,流速为0.3 m L/min。正离子扫描,扫描方式采用全扫描一级质谱、全扫描二级质谱,质荷比范围50~500。结果:发现一种中药掺有阿昔洛韦。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用灵敏的检出中药中添加阿昔洛韦、金刚烷胺及利巴韦林等化学成分。
Objective : A UPLC - MS/MS method is established for the determination of illegally added antiviral commonly used chemical compounds aciclovir, amantadin and ribavirin in Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation. Method: A ACQUITY UPLC BEH -C18 (2. 1mm× 50mm, 1.7um) column was used with the gradient elution of 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate and methol as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min. The electrospray ionization source in positive ion mode was used for multiple reaction monitoring mode with m/z 50 - 500. Resuhs:Aciclovir were found in one kind of a traditional drug with the method. Conclusion:The method was convenient, sensitive and accurate,it could be used for quality control in illegally added aciclovir,amantadin and ribavirin.
