中医及中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎研究进展

Rsearch progress in the Treatment of Lupus Nephritis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

狼疮性肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)较常见且严重的并发症。研究发现,至少50%的SLE患者在临床上有肾脏受累的证据,且影响其预后。近年来中西医结合治疗LN展现了一定的优势。笔者从LN的病因病机、LN的分期辨证分型治疗、单药及专方研究和中西医结合治疗等方面,对近5年来的文献进行综述,供同道参考。

Lupus nephritis （LN） is a common and serious complication of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） . The study found that at least 50 percent of SLE patients had the evidence of renal involvement , and it had an important aspect of the impact SLE prognosis. In recent years, the treatment of lupus nephritis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine demonstrated certain advan- tages. The author summarized the literature of the past five years to review for fellow reference from the pathogenic mechanism, the treatment of staging dialectical classification, a single agent, a special prescription and the therapy of integrative medicine.
