肝硬化腹水是慢性肝脏病终末期的一种临床状态,是肝硬化失代偿期严重并发症之一,其严重影响患者的生活质量,如何能控制疾病进展及腹水生长是医患共同关注的问题。本文旨在通过现有文献对现阶段肝硬化腹水的中西医治疗方案的疗效评估进行总结,以期为临床医生参考。

Cirrhosis ascites is a clinical state of end - stage chronic liver disease. It is one of serious complications in cirrhosis patients in decompensation, which is seriously affect the patient~ quality of life, how to control disease progression and growth of ascites are common concern for each patient. The purpose of this paper is reference to dinical doctors to summarize the curative effect evaluation of chinese and western medicine treatment through the existing literature on the present stage of cirrhosis ascites.
