Design and Implementation of RFID-Based Building Material Management Platform

针对建材物资管理的重点,基于RFID技术,构建了建材生产企业、集团物资管理中心两级物资管理平台,实现了从计划、采购、生产、仓储到销售的建材生产相关物资的全生命周期管理。通过RFID电子标签,提高了物资基础信息采集、流转的快速性和准确性,使得管理人员能及时掌握物资管理各环节的信息,有利于建材生产企业尤其是大型集团企业规范化作业,提高管理效率,减少库存降低成本,获取更大的竞争优势。

Focusing on the emphasis of building material management and based on RFID technology, this paper establishes two - level material management platforms for material enterprises and group material management centers. The technology realizes the full life cycle management from planning, procurement, production, storage to sale of building materials. With RFID tags, it improves the speed and accuracy of material information collection and circulation, enables management executives to grasp related information in time and is beneficial to enterprises, especially large ones, in standardizing operations, improving management efficiency, reducing inventory and costs and gaining greater competitive advantage.
