摘要
大力发展生物质能这种清洁、可再生能源可以有效地解决传统化石能源短缺,环境恶化等问题。固体生物质成型燃料是利用致密成型技术将生物质加工成生物质颗粒或棒状、块状燃料。本文对高效燃烧效能棒状生物质固体燃料成型工艺及其品质检验方法进行研究,对了解高效燃烧效能棒状生物质固体燃料成型过程及成型燃料的品质具有一定意义,对缺乏国家标准,生产率低,生产工艺和成型设备不完备等问题有一定的改善。对生物质固体燃料今后的发展进行了讨论和展望。
Biofuel is one of a clean and renewable energy, it can solve the traditional fossil energy shortage, environmental degradation and other issues. Loose raw material can be compressed into granular or rodlike, lump solid biofuel through biomass compression technology. In order to improve lack of national standard, low productivity, imperfectness of production craft and compression equipment. To understand the processing and quality of rodlike solid biofuel with high efficiency combustion property has a certain significance., processing and quality detection of solid biofuel were studied. The development of solid biofuel is discussed.
