摘要
目的探讨不同浓度碘伏消毒液对家兔阴道黏膜的刺激性。方法实验组采用三种不同浓度碘伏消毒液按《消毒技术规范》2002版进行家兔阴道黏膜刺激试验,对照组使用生理盐水,观察受试家兔阴道黏膜病理变化并评价其刺激强度。结果 5 g/L、2.5 g/L、0.5 g/L碘伏对家兔阴道黏膜刺激指数分别为2.4、1.7、0.5。结论 5g/L碘伏、2.5 g/L碘伏对家兔阴道黏膜刺激强度均为极轻刺激性,0.5 g/L碘伏对家兔阴道黏膜刺激刺激强度为无刺激性。
Objective To explore the vaginal mucosa irritation on rabbit of iodine disinfectant with different concentrations. Methods The trial group was carried out according to technical standard for disinfection by three different concentrations of iodine disinfectant,the control group was carried out by normal saline,observed the pathological changes of the rabbit vaginal mucosa and then evaluated its stimulus intensity. Results The stimulation index was 2. 4 for 5 g/L iodine,1. 7 for 2. 5 g/L iodine,and 0. 5 for 0. 5 g/L iodine,respectively. Conclusion 5g/L iodine and 2. 5 g/L iodine were both slightly irritant to rabbit vaginal mucosa,and 0. 5 g/L iodine was nonirritant to the one.
