江西省2008～2014年传染病自动预警信息分析及质量评价

Analysis and quality evaluation of automatic warning information of infectious diseases from 2008 to 2014 in Jiangxi province

目的了解2008~2014年江西省传染病自动预警信息系统的运行现状,探讨自动预警信息在传染病疫情监测工作中的作用,同时对预警信息的报告管理工作进行质量分析与评价,为完善传染病自动预警信息系统,规范预警信息的填报,提高传染病监测工作质量和效率提供依据。方法通过Microsoft Excel 2007软件建立和整理数据库,应用描述性流行病学方法对2008~2014年江西省传染病自动预警资料进行阳性预测值、预警信息处理质量分析。结果 2008年4月21日至2014年12月31日江西省传染病自动预警信息系统共发出79 068个预警信息,涉及43个病种,预警信号前5位的病种依次为其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、痢疾和麻疹;经现场调查确认暴发/流行事件126起,预警信息阳性预测值0.16%;信号核实卡填报及时率为59.82%,现场调查表填报及时率为57.39%。结论传染病自动预警信息系统运行良好,通过该系统的预警信息,有效地提升了传染病疫情监测工作效率。但目前预警系统的功能有待改进和完善,以进一步提高预警功效。

Objective To understand the operational status of ＂ Infectious Diseases Auto Warning Information System＂,investigate its effects on the monitoring of infectious diseases,analyze and evaluate the report management,so as to provide a basis for improving the system,optimize the warning information reporting,improve the quality and efficiency of infectious diseases surveillance. Methods Building and classifying the database via Microsoft Excel 2007,to analyze Jiangxi Infectious Diseases Auto Warning information from 2008 to 2014 with the method of descriptive epidemiology. Results From21 st April 2008 to 31 st December 2014,Jiangxi Infectious Diseases Auto Warning Information System reported totally 79068 warning signals,which refered to 43 diseases. The first 5 diseases were infectious diarrhea,HFMD（ Hand- foot- mouth disease）,mumps,dysentery,and measles. 126 warning signals were found and confirmed on site. The positive rate of warning signals was 0. 16%. Timely rate of filled signal verification card was 59. 82%. Timely rate of sited investigation was 57. 39%. Conclusion According to warning information of the system,the efficacy of infectious disease monitoring was improved obviously,and strongly supported infectious diseases prevention and control work. Evidence demonstrated that, ＂ Infectious Disease Auto Warning Information Systerm＂ operated in a good condition.
