摘要
大规格2219铝合金圆铸锭存在组织不均匀、晶粒粗大以及大量粗大共晶化合物等铸造缺陷,同时锻造过程操纵性差、变形均匀性控制难度大。通过采用多向锻造、冲孔和马架扩孔的开坯工艺,加大了铸锭的变形程度,有效地细化了晶粒,粗大的共晶化合物也得到了破碎,提高了微观组织的均匀性,改善了材料的力学性能,实现了大规格2219铝合金环轧坯料的"形-性"协同控制。
For the large size aluminium alloy ingot, a lot of casting defects, such as the unevenly distribution of microstructure, coarse grain size, eutectic compounds and so on, existed in it, and it is difficult to control the forging process and the deformation uniformity. By adopting the forging-cogging process of multiple forging, punching and broaching with frame, the deformation degree of ingot is enhanced, the size of grains is refined, and the coarse eutectic compound is also broke down. The distributed uniformity of microstructure and mechanical properties of the 2219 aluminium alloy are improved. Then the cooperative control of shape and property of large specification 2219 aluminium alloy ring blank is realized.
