摘要
以某型号两种大型地面设备之间的装配工艺为例,介绍了一种通过简单工装便可提高大型地面设备之间工艺装配过程可靠性的方法。从对工装结构及公差方案设计分析结果可以看出,通过合理的使用同一工装,降低了之前分开进行精度装调人员和检测时人员操作时出现过失的故障发生率,可以提高大型地面设备之间的装配工艺过程可靠性。
This paper introduces a technique to increase assembly process reliability of two kinds of products by a simple working device. The results indicate that the assembly process reliability of products can be increased by scientifically and logically designing the structure and size precision of the working device. And it will contribute to increase the quality reliability of products.
