摘要
随着航天事业的快速发展,传统模式下的航天器结构设计能力与新形势下快速设计需求之间的矛盾日益突出,已然无法适应"快速响应需求、高效迭代设计"的要求,制约了结构设计的发展。针对这一现象,基于Top-Down模式和参照柔性相关思想,提出并验证了航天器结构快速设计方法。结果表明,该方法逻辑关系明确,设计流程简化,能够实现设计模型快速自动创建、装配和自适应迭代更新,保证设计迭代过程的稳定可靠,显著提升结构设计效率,可推广应用于大型复杂航天器结构设计。
With the rapid development of the aerospace industry, the contradiction between the structure design capability of the spacecraft and the rapid design demand of the new situation becomes more and more prominent, which has been unable to adapt to the requirements of rapid response and high efficient iterative design, and also restricted the development of structural design. In view of this phenomenon, this paper presents and verifies a rapid design method of spacecraft structure which based on the Top-Down mode and the reference to the flexible related idea. The results show that the logic relationship of the method is clear, and the design process is simplified. It supports the design model automatically create, assemble and adaptive iterative update, guarantees the reliability of the structure design, and can be used to ensure the design state of the iterative effective and controllable, which also significantly improves the structure design efficiency, could be used in large-scale complex spacecraft structure design.
