催化加氢制备间氨基苯磺酸钠工艺的研究

A Study on Synthesis of Metanilic Acid Sodium by Hydrogenation Reduction

摘要 本文对间硝基苯磺酸钠催化加氢制备间氨基苯磺酸钠工艺进行了探索,主要考察了反应温度、压力以及催化剂投量对加氢反应的影响。得到最佳反应温度与压力分别为100℃、1.0 MPa,催化剂最佳投量为0.5 wt%。在此条件下,对催化剂进行了5次套用,活性与选择性均无明显下降;间氨基苯磺酸钠平均摩尔收率达到了96%以上。 Synthesizing metanilic acid sodium salt from m-nitrobenzene sulfonic acid sodium salt by hydrogenation reduction was studied. Reaction temperature,reaction pressure and dosage of catalyst were investigated. The optimum conditions were reaction temperature 100℃,reaction pressure 1. 0 MPa,dosage of catalyst 0. 5 wt%. The catalyst was recycled five times,its reactivity and regioselectivity has not obvious decline. The average yield in molar ratio was higher than 96%.
