乳腺癌术后患者自我效能与婚姻质量的相关性研究

Correlation research of self-efficacy and marital quality among postoperative breast cancer patients

目的分析乳腺癌术后患者自我效能与婚姻质量的相关性。方法采用自我效能测量表及婚姻质量问卷对163例乳腺癌术后患者分别于出院后1个月、半年及1年进行测评。结果患者出院后不同时期的自我效能、婚姻质量评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);自我效能与婚姻质量呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后患者自我效能水平的高低可以影响其婚姻质量,在护理工作中,应通过各种干预措施来提升患者的自我效能水平,以提高患者的婚姻质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation of self - efficacy and marital quality among postoperative breast cancer patients. Methods Self - effi- cacy scale and marital quality questionnaire were used to investigate 163 postoperative breast cancer patients at 1 month ,half a year and a year after discharge. Results The scores of self - efficacy and marital quality were different significantly at different times after discharge （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of self- efficacy was positive correlated with marital quality（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Self - efficacy can effect marital quality of postoperative breast cancer patients. Nurses should increase self - efficacy of patients through kinds of intervention measures,in order to improve patients＇ marital quality.
