文章综述了PICC患者发生静脉血栓的危险因素,包括:感染、导管相关因素、合并症、血栓史和抗凝剂的使用及患者症状等。在此基础上,提出加强患者和医务人员的健康教育、药物预防,进行集束化干预和循证护理等预防方法,早期发现血栓发生的危险因素,以期能有效预防静脉血栓的发生,延长PICC的留置时间,更好地为临床服务。

The paper reviewed the influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis in PICC patients, which included infection, catheter related factors, complications, DVT history, use of anticoagulation and patient symptoms, etc. Then, measures such as enhancing health education of patients and medical staffs, medicine prevention, bundles of care and evidence - based nursing were put forward, so as to find the risk factors early and prevent the occurrence of DVT, prolong the in- dwelling time of PICC, and provide better services for the patients with PICC.
