Study on acid distribution in delayed coker feed from high-acid crude

摘要 对中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司高酸原油加工所得焦化原料包括减压渣油、循环油、催化油浆等油样及其窄组分进行了羧基含量及酸值分析,同时测定了复配混合油样和四组分中的羧基含量及酸分布。考察了热反应对减压渣油裂解所得液体馏分中羧基含量分布的影响。结果表明:减压渣油酸值1.195 2 mg KOH/g,为高酸重油;循环油和催化油浆的酸值均小于0.5 mg KOH/g,为低酸重油;复配混合油酸值在0.5~1.0 mg KOH/g,为含酸重油。羧基的定量分析及红外定性分析表明油品中的羧酸组分主要集中在可溶质中。不同油样的四组分羧基含量及酸值大小顺序符合:饱和分〉芳香分〉胶质〉沥青质。减压渣油经过热反应后的液体馏分中羧基含量明显降低,且随着反应时间的延长及反应温度的升高,其羧基含量逐渐降低。 The carboxyl content and acid value of coker feedstock,including vacuum residue,recycle oil and catalytic slurry oil from processed high TAN crude oil of Qingdao Petrochemical Company were analyzed.Meanwhile,the carboxyl content and acid value of mixed oil samples and their four components were also measured.The impact of thermal reaction on the distribution of carboxyl content of liquid fraction from vacuum residue was investigated.The results show that the vacuum residue is a high TAN heavy oil with the acid value of 1.1952 mg KOH / g oil.Recycle oil and catalytic slurry oil are low TAN heavy oil with acid value below 0.5mg KOH / g oil.Mixed oil samples are acid-containing heavy oils with the acid value of 0.5 ~ 1.0 mg KOH / g oil.The quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis by FT-IR of carboxyl indicate that carboxylic acids are mainly present in solvent.The carboxyl content and acid value of four components of different oil samples decrease in the order of saturated fragrance fraction 〉aromatic fraction 〉resin 〉asphaltene.The carboxyl content of liquid fraction from vacuum residue decreases significantly after thermal reaction.And the carboxyl content decreases gradually with the increasing of time and rising of reaction temperature.
