摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司0.4 Mt/a喷气燃料加氢装置产品由于热氧化安定性不合格,导致喷气燃料产品不能顺利出厂。对生产中造成热氧化安定性不合格的因素进行排查并分析原因,确定喷气燃料产品热氧化安定性不合格的原因系分馏系统存在铵盐结晶,腐蚀喷气燃料分馏系统所致。通过对喷气燃料分馏系统水洗,除去其中的铵盐结晶,从而避免了铵盐腐蚀导致铁离子进入产品对喷气燃料质量的影响,同时将喷气燃料产品精脱硫剂(T317)更换为能够吸附碱氮和金属的吸附剂(RAS-02)。采取以上措施后,喷气燃料热氧化安定性不合格的问题得到了解决。
As the jet fuel from the 400,000 TPY jet fuel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Wuhan Company failed to meet the specifications,it could not be sent out of the plant.The causes of off-specification of thermal stability of jet fuel were investigated and analyzed,which found that the root causes are the crystallization of ammonia salt in the fractionation system which corrodes the fractionation system.After the water washing of the fractionation system,the crystallized salts were removed,which eliminated the impact of metal ions in the product caused by ammonia salt corrosion on jet fuel quality.In addition,the desulfurization catalyst for jet fuel(T317)was replaced with absorbent(RAS-02)which can absorb nitrogen and metals.After taking of above measures,the off-specification problem of thermal stability of jet fuel has been successfully solved.
