摘要
以加工含硫原油的海外炼油厂为例,为提高全厂的轻油收率,同时将汽油和柴油产品质量由欧Ⅱ标准提高到欧Ⅴ标准,对3种加工方案进行技术和投资经济性对比分析。结果表明,采用"利旧减压蒸馏+减黏+新建重油催化裂化"为核心流程的改造方案后,炼油厂以汽、柴油为代表的轻质油收率从升级前的59.4%提高到76.2%。通过增加柴油加氢装置的第二反应器,降低反应空速,柴油产品质量达到欧Ⅴ水平。新增催化汽油加氢脱硫装置和MTBE装置、改造重整装置,全厂的汽油产品质量达到欧Ⅴ水平。项目的投资内部收益率为12.6%,达到了提高轻油收率和产品质量升级改造的目的。
In a case study of oversea refinery processing sour crude,3 typical process schemes are analyzed in respect of technology and economics to improve the overall light liquid product yield and upgrade gasoline and diesel product specifications to Euro Ⅴ standard.The results shows that,after implementation of upgrading revamping with the process scheme of "Revamped VDU + Revamped Visbreaking + New built RFCC",the overall light liquid product yield with gasoline and diesel as the main products is increased from 59.4% to76.2%.The diesel product specifications can reach to Euro Ⅴ standard through addition of secondary reactor in modernized diesel hydrotreater to reduce reaction space velocity.The gasoline product of the refinery meets Euro Ⅴ standard specifications by the construction of a new FCC gasoline hydrotreater and MTBE as well as revamping the catalytic reforming unit.Meanwhile,the internal rate of return on investment(IRR)is12.6%,and the objectives of increasing light liquid yield and upgrading product specifications have been realized.
