复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

Observation of Compound Ocimun Oil Oral Suspension in Treatment of Viral Enteritis in Children

目的:探讨复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将2013年12月—2014年12月期间收治的106例病毒性肠炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组患儿给予常规饮食、补液及益生菌肠道调理,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液,观察2组患儿住院时间、病毒抗原转阴率、总有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿平均住院时间为(4.2±0.6)d,对照组为(8.0±1.3)d;观察组患儿病毒抗原转阴率为90.57%(48/53),对照组为60.38%(32/53);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.23%(51/53),对照组为73.58%(39/53),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗小儿病毒性肠炎安全、有效,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound ocimun oil oral suspension in treatment of viral enteritis in children. METHODS： 106 cases with viral enteritis admitted to the hospital from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 53 cases in each group. The control group received conventional diet therapy,fluid infusion and probiotic intestinal recuperate,the observation group were treated with compound ocimun oil oral suspension based on the control group. The hospitalization time,negative conversion ratio of virus antigen,the total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.RESULTS： The average hospitalization time in observation group was（ 4. 2 ± 0. 6） d,and in control group was（ 8. 0 ± 1. 3）d; the negative conversion ratio of virus antigen in observation group was 90. 57%（ 48 /53）,and in control group was60. 38%（ 32 /53）; the total effective rate was 96. 23%（ 51 /53） in observation group and 73. 58%（ 39 /53） in control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The application of compound ocimun oil oral suspension in treatment of viral enteritis in children is safe and effective,which is worthy of promotion.
