摘要
目的:探讨烯丙雌醇和利托君联合治疗孕妇习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将144例习惯性流产患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各72例。观察组患者应用利托君联合烯丙雌醇进行治疗,对照组患者应用硫酸镁联合烯丙雌醇进行治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果、保胎成功率和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.44%(68/72),保胎成功率为77.89%(56/72);对照组患者的总有效率为63.89%(46/72),保胎成功率为55.56%(40/72),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者治疗后的黄体酮激素为(190.12±60.97)、(163.21±64.88)mmol/L,人绒毛膜促性腺激素为(7 319.98±1 032.03)、(5 797.01±954.12)U/L,均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的疗效显著,可提高妊娠的成功率,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in treatment of habitual abortion. METHODS: 144 patients with habitual abortion were divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 72 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with allylestrenol combined with ritodrine,while the control group received magnesium sulfate combined with allylestrenol,the clinical efficacy,rate of pregnancy and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. RESULTS: After treatment,the total effective rate and the rate of pregnancy in observation group and control group were respectively [94. 44%( 68 /72) VS63. 89%( 46 /72),77. 89%( 56 /72) VS 55. 56%( 40 /72) ],the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05);and the progesterone hormone were respectively( 190. 12 ± 60. 97) mmol / L and( 163. 21 ± 64. 88) mmol / L,human chorionic gonadotrophin were respectively( 7 319. 98 ± 1 032. 03) U / L and( 5 797. 01 ± 954. 12) U / L,both of which were significantly improved than before treatment,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). There were no obvious adverse reactions between two groups during the treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in treatment of habitual abortion is significant,which can improve the rate of pregnancy with no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
