摘要
目的:探讨金天格胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2012年6月—2014年4月收治的144例骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组各72例,对照组患者采用单纯性经皮椎体成形术,观察组患者采用经皮椎体成形术+金天格胶囊联合治疗,比较2组的疗效、骨密度及疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为94.44%(68/72),对照组为77.78%(56/72),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的骨密度为(0.78±0.14)g/cm^2,对照组为(0.71±0.12)g/cm^2,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后1、3个月的VAS评分为(3.65±1.27)、(0.71±0.53)分,对照组为(4.41±1.57)、(2.24±1.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨质疏松性骨折患者行经皮椎体成形术+金天格胶囊联合治疗,疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical efficacy of Jintiange capsules combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic fractures. METHODS: 144 patients with osteoporotic fractures admitted into the hospital from Jun. 2012 to Apr. 2014 were selected as the research objects,and then were divided into controlgroup and observation group via lot drawing method,with 72 cases in each group. The control group received simple percutaneous vertebroplasty,while the observation group were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with Jintiange capsules,the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The clinical efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [94. 44%( 68 /72) VS 77. 78%( 56 /72) ], with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). The bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [( 0. 78 ± 0. 14) g / cm^2VS( 0. 71 ± 0. 12) g / cm^2],with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment of 1 and 3 months,VAS scores of observation group was( 3. 65 ± 1. 27,0. 71 ± 0. 53) scores,and of control group was( 4. 41 ± 1. 57,2. 24 ± 1. 14) scores,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05).CONCLUSIONS: The curative efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with Jintiange capsules in treatment of patients with osteoporotic fractures is definite,which is worthy of actively clinical reference.
