摘要
目的:评价首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院(以下简称"我院")2010—2013年口服降糖药使用情况,为临床合理选用口服降糖药物提供依据。方法:对我院2010—2013年各类口服降糖药常用品种的用药频度(defined.daily.dose.system,DDDs)、药品金额、日均费用进行统计分析。结果:2010—2013年,我院口服降糖药的DDDs前3年呈上升趋势,2013年略有下降。总增幅为46.86%,各年度总DDDs分别为3 187 606、3 853 434、4 808 858、4 681 433。DDDs排名处于前3位的分别是阿卡波糖片、格列喹酮片、二甲双胍片。口服降糖药在4年间的总销售金额前3年呈上升趋势,从2010年的2 396.97万元逐渐上升到2012年的3 410.08万元,2013年又下降至3 136.42万元,总增幅为30.85%。磺酰脲类药物的限定日费用最低,平均为3.57元。结论:2010—2013年我院口服降糖药的使用仍然以磺酰脲类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂、双胍类为主。二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂作为新型降糖药根据个别患者的病情需要临时购买使用。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the application of oral antidiabetic drugs（ OADs） in Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂） during 2010-2013,and to provide basis for the rational selection of OADs in clinic. METHODS： The application data of OADs in our hospital during2010-2013 were statistically analyzed in terms of defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,consumption sum and daily drug cost（ DDC）. RESULTS： During 2010-2013,DDDs of OADs in our hospital showed an increasing tendency in the precious three years but slightly decreased in 2013,with a total increase of 46. 86%. And DDDs from 2010 to 2013 were 3 187 607,3 853 434,4 808 858 and 4 681 434,respectively. Acarbose tablets,Glimepiride tablets and Metformin tablets dominated the top three places of DDDs. The consumption sum of OADs also had an increasing trend during the previous 3 years,from 23 969 700 yuan in 2010 to 34 100 800 yuan in 2012,but decreased to 31 364 200 yuan in 2013,with a total increase of 30. 85%. DDC of sulphonylurea were the lowest,with an average of 3. 57 yuan per day. CONCLUSIONS： Sulfonylurea,α-glucosidase inhibitors,biguanides were the mainly used oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital during 2010-2013. As a novel antidiabetic drug,DPP-4 inhibitor still need to be purchased at the time when the patients＇ conditions permit.
