摘要
目的:分析开展抗菌药物专项整治活动中南京市高淳中医院(以下简称"我院")抗菌药物应用情况,为基层医院抗菌药物合理应用与管理提供依据。方法:收集我院2012—2014年抗菌药物临床应用的相关数据,对抗菌药物临床应用各指标进行统计分析。结果:住院患者抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度等都呈下降趋势,住院患者抗菌药物费用占药费比率也逐年下降,但微生物送检率离目标还有距离。结论:通过抗菌药物临床应用的专项整治,我院抗菌药物应用趋于规范,但还需在微生物检测送检率、围术期抗菌药物应用等方面持续改进。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the application situations of antibiotics during the development of special rectification of antibiotics in Nanjing Gaochun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,and to provide basis of the rational application and management of antibiotics for primary hospitals.METHODS： The related clinical application data of antibiotics in our hospital during 2012-2014 were collected,various indicators were statistically analyzed. RESULTS： The use rate of antibiotics in inpatients and the use intensity were in a decrease tendency,the ratio of antibiotics costs versus the total drug costs had been decreasing yearly,but the microbial inspection rate still needed to be improved. CONCLUSIONS： Through the special rectification,the application of antibiotics in our hospital becoming more rational,but there are still some aspects need to be improved like microbial inspection rate and perioperative application of antibiotics,etc.
