204例社区获得性肺炎患者抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Application of Antibiotics in 204 Patients with Community-Acquired Pneumonia

目的:调查分析吉林医药学院附属医院(以下简称"我院")社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)患者抗菌药物的应用情况,以提高抗菌药物临床合理应用水平。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对我院呼吸科2010—2014年间确诊为CAP的204例患者应用的抗菌药物情况进行统计分析。结果:我院治疗CAP的抗菌药物中排在前4位的分别是克林霉素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林/舒巴坦。使用最多的抗菌药物种类为头孢菌素类。结论:我院CAP患者抗菌药物应用基本合理,但还存在一些问题和不足,仍需进一步规范用药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in patients with communityacquired pneumonia（ CAP） in Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to improve the level of rational application of antibiotics in clinic. METHODS： The application data of antibiotics in 204 diagnosed patients with CAP admitted into the department of respiration in our hospital during2010-2014 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS： Antibiotics in treatment of CAP that dominated the top four places were clindamycin,cefoperazone / sulbactam,levofloxacin and amoxicillin / sulbactam. The most used types of antibiotics were cephalosporins. CONCLUSIONS： The application of antibiotics in CAP patients in our hospital is basically rational on the whole,but there are still some problems and deficiencies which need to be further regulated.
