含毒性药材中成药的临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicine with Toxic Herbs

目的:通过分析青浦区朱家角人民医院(以下简称"我院")含毒性药材中成药的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过2012—2014年我院含毒性药材中成药的品种,并对其毒性成分、功效分类、销售金额、使用占比与排序等进行统计分析。结果:我院含毒性药材中成药品种从32个品种增长到50个品种,销售金额排序靠前的以祛瘀剂为主,临床主要用于一些老年慢性病或骨伤科患者。结论:随着我院含毒性药材中成药的品种增加和销售金额的增长,应加强临床非中医师的培训,对重点品种进行临床处方监控警戒,以保障患者用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： Through the analysis of clinical application of Chinese patent medicine with toxic herbs in People＇s Hospital of Qingpu District Jujiajiao（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： The categories of Chinese patent medicine with toxic herbs in our hospital during 2012-2014 were collected,statistical analysis was conducted on the toxic ingredient,classification of function,drug consumption sum,application ratio and ranking,etc. RESULTS： The categories of Chinese patent medicine with toxic herbs increased from 32 to 50,stasis-eliminating drugs took the lead of drug consumption sum,and mainly used for the elderly patients with chronic disease or patients with bone injury in clinic. CONCLUSIONS： With the increasing of categories and consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine with toxic herbs,it is necessary to strengthen the train in clinical traditional Chinese physician,and closely monitor the clinical prescriptions with key categories,so as to ensure the medication safety.
