归脾汤合右归丸治疗男性性功能障碍的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill in the Treatment of Male Sexual Dysfunction

目的探讨归脾汤合右归丸治疗男性性功能障碍的临床疗效,从而为临床提供可靠的数据。方法随机选取自2014年1月—2015年5月间收治的70名患者作为研究对象,使用归脾汤合右归丸进行治疗。2个疗程后通过国际勃起功能指数问卷表进行性功能改变的评估判定。结果经过2个疗程的治疗后,有59例患者可以正常性交,3个疗程后所有患者均感到满意,且勃起功能障碍的患者和早泄患者的积分均得到了显著的升高,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用归脾汤合右归丸对男性性功能障碍的疗效显著,在临床中具有重要的意义,值得向社会进行推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guipi decoction and Yougui pill in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction, thus to provide reliable data for clinical practice. Methods 70 cases of patients with were randomly selected as research objects from January2014 to May 2014, and they were treated with Guipi decoction and Yougui pill. Assessment of sexual function by the international index of erectile function index was carried out after two courses of treatment. Results After two courses of treatment, fifty-nine patients can normal sexual intercourse. After three courses of treatment, all the patients were satisfied. And erectile dysfunction and premature ejacula-tion score significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guipi decoction and Yougui pill in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction has significant effect and significance, and is worth popularizing to the society.
