挤压综合征早期识别与中西医救治研究

Study on the Early Identification and Treatment of Integrated Medicine in the Crush Syndrome

目的研究探讨挤压综合征的早期诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法随机选取2012年7月—2014年12月收治的15例挤压综合征患者作为研究对象,在经本院伦理委员会批准及患者家属本人同意知情的情况下,对患者病情进行早期识别和中西医救治。结果治疗后,患者的各项生命指标与治疗前相比,组间对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期诊断与中西医救治对挤压综合征的临床应用效果明显,适合于临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical value of early diagnosis and treatment of crush syndrome. Methods 15 cases of patients with crush syndrome treated in our hospital from December 2014 to July 2012 were randomly selected as the research objects in the case of the approval of the ethics committee of the hospital and the patients and their families ＇ agree, and the patients were treated with early identification and Western medicine treatment. Results After treatment, the difference of life indicators between groups was significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment of integrated medicine in the treatment of crush syndrome is obvious, and is suitable for clinical application.
