中西医结合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎42例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in Children for 42 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月收治的小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者84例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组各42例。对照组中给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中西医结合治疗,观察比较2组患者临床治疗效果、治愈时间以及不良反应发生几率。结果 2个疗程后,观察组患者治疗总有效率97.6%,对照组患者治疗总有效率78.6%,观察组优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组患者临床症状消失时间明显优于对照组,两者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时两组患者完成全部治疗,治疗过程中均无明显药物不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎有着良好的临床效果,能够缩短患者临床症状恢复时间,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumo-niae in children. Methods 84 cases of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae treated in our hospital from January 2013 to Jan-uary were selected as the research object, using the random number table method, and they were divided into observation group and con-trol group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The observation group was treated with integrated medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, healing time and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6 % which was better than 78.6% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. At the same time, the two groups of patients completed the treatment, and the treatment process was no obvious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae in children has good clinical effect, can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms, improve the recovery of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. IT is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
